     Victoria Palace TheatreThe Victoria Palace Theatre is situated in Victoria and has been lovingly restored to its former glory when the current building was first constructed in 1911. The original theatre was known as Moy's Music Hall which first became licensed in 1840 to permit singing and dancing. This Music Hall later changed its name to The Royal Standard Music Hall in 1863 until it was demolished to accommodate the new Victoria Railway station in 1886. A new Victoria Palace Theatre was born and finally opened its doors in 1911 and stands to this day. The Victoria Palace Theatre has become home to famous musicals and TV shows such as the Black and White Minstrel Show, 'Annie' and 'Buddy'.
